My name is Alex McKeown, I'm a philosopher and (bio / data) ethicist.
I'm a Research Fellow with the Neuroscience, Ethics, and Society (NEUROSEC) group in the
Department of Psychiatry and Wellcome Centre for Ethics and Humanities, at the University of Oxford; and
Head of Data Ethics at Information Governance Services.
I'm also available for independent commissions across philosophy - writing, research, speaking, and other collaborations, so if you think I could be of help to you, please do get in touch.
Before returning to academia to study for my PhD, I spent a decade doing other things, but mostly DJing, which I do hardly ever these days, but I'm also available for that if you'd like.
